What To Expect

  • Your initial appointment is focused on understanding your concerns and building a clear plan moving forward.

    This typically includes:

    • A detailed discussion of your symptoms, health history, and goals

    • A physical assessment to evaluate movement, strength, and function

    • A clear explanation of our findings

We take the time to answer your questions and ensure you understand what’s going on and how we can help.

  • Based on your assessment, we’ll create an individualized plan tailored to your needs.

    Your care may include:

    • Hands-on treatment (manual therapy, soft tissue work, joint mobilization or manipulation)

    • Exercise-based rehabilitation

    • Modalities such as laser therapy, electrotherapy, or acupuncture, when appropriate

    • Education around movement, posture, and daily habits

Our focus is on steady, meaningful progress—helping you improve how you move and feel over time.

  • As you progress, your treatment plan will evolve with you.

Some patients require short-term care, while others benefit from a longer-term approach depending on their goals and condition. Throughout your care, we’ll continue to reassess and adjust your plan to keep you moving forward.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Depending on your area of concern, this may include athletic wear or loose-fitting clothing.

  • Appointments can be booked online or through our front desk. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit to complete any necessary intake forms.

  • We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers when available. If direct billing is not possible, we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement.

Coverage varies depending on your individual plan, so we recommend confirming the details of your benefits directly with your provider.

  • We accept patients who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.

If you’ve been in an accident, our team can help guide you through the process, including completing the necessary paperwork and coordinating your care.

If you have questions about your eligibility or coverage, feel free to contact our clinic—we’re happy to help.
